Diamond Light Source is a new scientific facility built in South Oxfordshire, on the Harwell Chilton science campus.

GE Consultants provided a full commercial service to Costain on the sub-contract packages through procurement to final account.

The sub-contract packages were completely re-measured and revalued. Strict cost controls were applied throughout the construction cycle, ultimately culminating in extensive meetings with Franklin & Andrews to reach agreed final account status.
