Paul was born, raised and educated in Gloucestershire. In 2005 Paul left his position as managing surveyor with a regional contractor to form G E Consultants. This was the culmination of a desire to enhance his personal growth, whilst providing a first class business and service to the construction industry.

Paul has worked for a number of significant national contractors in the capacity of both senior project surveyor and as managing surveyor, working on projects with values up to £330M.

Paul's career has provided him with experience in a wide range of forms of contract and associated procurement routes, together with a number of instances of dispute resolution.
